Terms & Conditions pulitoto — Rights & Responsibilities of Every Member

In this pulitoto Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the defined meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is important for reading and interpreting this document accurately.

• "pulitoto" / "we" / "platform" — refers to the website, services, applications, and all products operated under the pulitoto.run domain.
• "Member" / "player" / "you" — refers to any individual who has registered an account and/or is using pulitoto's services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a member on pulitoto for the purpose of using the platform.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the total amount in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) available for a member to use in their pulitoto account.
• "Bet" — refers to any wager placed by a member on a sports match, Live Casino game, E-Sports, Virtual Sports, or any other betting product offered by pulitoto.
• "Bonus" — refers to any additional funds, free credits, or other benefits granted by pulitoto to members in the form of promotions.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirements" — refers to the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pulitoto. All members are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with all rules set out herein. Ignorance of any term will not be accepted as grounds for a violation.

Pulitoto operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and account balances are displayed and processed in RM. Foreign currency conversion is not directly supported by the platform.

To register and use pulitoto's services, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being on any active self-exclusion list enforced by pulitoto or a relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another individual or entity.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at pulitoto. Opening a second, third, or additional account to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses repeatedly, or for any other reason is a serious breach of these terms. Pulitoto reserves the right to close all associated accounts and reclaim any winnings generated through such unauthorised means.

You are solely responsible for keeping your pulitoto account password and login details confidential. Pulitoto is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact pulitoto support immediately.

Pulitoto supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions on pulitoto are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). Deposits are typically processed instantly or within seconds of transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet verified in the name of the same member as the pulitoto account. Pulitoto does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This is an important security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Pulitoto reserves the right to place withdrawal processing on hold for security investigation purposes for a period not exceeding 5 business days. In exceptional cases involving large amounts or suspicious activity, the investigation period may be extended and the member will be notified via email or live chat.

All bets placed on pulitoto — whether on Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, IPL cricket, NBA), Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), e-sports, virtual sports, or other games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by members. Please review your selections carefully before clicking the "Confirm Bet" button.
• Pulitoto reserves the right to void or reject any bet placed after the cut-off time for a match or game.
• In the event of a match being postponed, cancelled, or suspended before completion, pulitoto will apply the settlement rules established for the relevant sport type — which may mean the bet is refunded to the member or settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body.
• Pulitoto reserves the right to limit the bet amount or certain markets for specific members at our sole discretion based on betting patterns.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your account balance within minutes of the official result being declared.

For in-play sports betting (placed while a match is in progress), pulitoto reserves the right to temporarily suspend bet acceptance during key moments such as penalty kicks, red cards, or player injuries. This is done to ensure fairness for all parties and to prevent the exploitation of real-time information that may not be simultaneously available to all players.

In the event of a technical bug or system error that results in clearly inaccurate odds being displayed (for example, odds significantly higher than fair market value), pulitoto reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the staked amount to the relevant members with no additional winnings.

Pulitoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to specific terms of use stated on each promotion. The general bonus terms at pulitoto are as follows:

• Every bonus received must be played through in accordance with the specified rollover requirement before a withdrawal is permitted. The standard rollover for sports bonuses is 5x, while Live Casino bonuses carry a 6x rollover on the total bonus amount received.
• Bonuses may only be used for the type of game specified in the relevant promotion's terms — sports bonuses are for Sports Betting only, and casino bonuses are for casino games only.
• Members may only claim the welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts or any other means is a breach of these terms.
• Pulitoto reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred between member accounts or to any third party.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses that are not played through within the valid period will be automatically removed from the account balance.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on a member's net losses over the preceding seven days and is credited every Monday. Cashback is a bonus credit subject to a 1x rollover requirement — meaning it must be wagered once before withdrawal. The parlay booster programme awards an additional percentage bonus on successful parlay wins, based on the number of legs in the parlay ticket.

All pulitoto members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited on the pulitoto platform and will result in immediate action against the account in question:

• Opening multiple accounts under your own name or using another person's information to register a new account.
• Using technical methods, automated bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting or Live Casino games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate Live Casino game outcomes (e.g. chip dumping in poker).
• Knowingly exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to obtain illegitimate winnings.
• Using the pulitoto platform for any money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions.
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual during registration or the verification process.
• Making false accusations or threats against the pulitoto support team.

Pulitoto reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member suspected of engaging in any of the above without prior notice. All winnings generated through illegitimate means will be voided and will not be paid out. In serious cases, information may be submitted to the relevant authorities.

Members who are dissatisfied with any decision relating to their account may submit a formal complaint by email to support@pulitoto.run. Each complaint will be investigated fairly within 7 business days, and an official response will be provided to the member concerned.

Pulitoto genuinely cares about the well-being of every member and treats responsible gaming as a core platform commitment — not merely a legal requirement. We believe gambling should remain an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

Responsible gaming tools available to all pulitoto members include:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit — set a maximum limit on the total amount you can deposit within a specified time period.
• Loss Limit — set the maximum amount you can lose in a day, week, or month before the system blocks new bets.
• Betting Limits — set a maximum limit on the size of each individual bet you can place.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During the break period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account. This is a final decision that cannot be reversed. Pulitoto will reject any new registration attempts from the same individual.

All of the above tools can be activated instantly through the "Account Settings" section on the pulitoto platform. Increasing a limit (for example, raising your deposit limit) requires a 24-hour waiting period before it takes effect — this is a protective measure to allow time for reflection. Decreasing a limit, however, takes effect immediately.

Pulitoto provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, pulitoto makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors, or suited to the specific needs of every member.

Pulitoto is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet or telecommunications service disruptions beyond pulitoto's control.
• Device or software failure on the member's end when accessing the platform.
• Bets placed based on information obtained from external sources outside of the official pulitoto platform.
• Any losses arising from account use by a third party due to the member's negligence in keeping their password confidential.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect a member's ability to use the platform in their region.

Pulitoto does not offer any financial, investment, or legal advice. All betting decisions are entirely the personal responsibility of each member. Betting outcomes cannot be predicted, and losses are a real possibility in all forms of gambling.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where pulitoto operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body. Pulitoto reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days' notice to members via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the pulitoto platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
